Aircon Warranty Policy
Every effort has been made in the development of this product to be free from any defect either in materials or workmanship. However, due to circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control, there may be a few cases where abnormalities do happen.
Should servicing be required during the warranty period, you may contact Skyworth Service Hotline at (02) 8555-1555. Skyworth will repair or replace any defective component, free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions stated in the back of the card.
Skyworth (Philippines) Corporation offers this warranty as the only remedy available to the original retail purchaser for the correction of defects that may arise during the warranty period. Correction of defects shall be considered as fulfillment of all liabilities of SPC to the original purchaser.
Under no circumstances shall SPC be held liable for any damage or consequence that may arise as a result of using this Skyworth Product.

1. Please carefully keep this Warranty Certificate and your purchase receipt (Sales Invoice/Official Receipt); these two will be your warranty proof.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SKYWORTH PHILIPPINES CORPORATION (hereinafter known as “SPC”) provides the following limited warranties. This SKYWORTH product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from detective materials and workmanship under normal use and any such defects will be repaired through SPC Authorized Service Centers / Dealers. The period and conditions of our warranty services are as follow:
1. Warranty is valid for product that is purchased, operated, and use in Philippines only.
2. Warranty covers for home use only and does not covers for commercial use including but not limited to laundry shop, restaurant, hotel, home stay, hostel, hair/beauty salon and etc.
3. Warranty is null and void if the serial number or warranty seal appearing on the product has been altered, tampered, defaced or removed.
4. Warranty is null and void in the event of loss whether incidental or accidental in nature, damage cause by Force Majeure, Acts of Nature and all other fortuitous events.
5. Warranty does not cover external appearance part including but not limited to remote control, batteries, cabinet, handles, knob, scratches, door dented, internal liner cracked, abnormal wear and tear, rusting, ageing, wires, cables, hose, shelves, antenna, water supply hose, drain hose and etc.
6. Warranty does not cover natural disaster including but not limited to lightning strike, pest invade, liquid of any form (urine, water etc.) external fire, negligence such as internal panel crack, liquid damage, accidental damages, improper installation, improper maintenance or usage, unauthorized repair, non-original spare parts usage, abnormal voltage or use in violation of instructions manual furnished by SDM.
7. Warranty does not cover product that is not rendered for cleaning once every six months by authorized service center during the duration of the warranty.
8. Warranty does not cover product that is not properly installed and mounted (obstructed discharge and fresh air intake, under capacity, etc. installed in harsh environment,. i.e. moving vehicle, sea going vessel, port area, power plant, chemical laboratories, kitchen.
9. Warranty does not cover if the product use with inadequate or defective house wiring or improper connection to electrical service; or defective external source.
10. SPC assumes no responsibility, directly or indirectly for any financial loses or claims from third person resulting from the inability to use this product or the use or loss of use of this product.
11. This warranty card and proof of purchase must be presented when servicing is requested, failing which SPC or its authorized service centers reserves the right to decline any warranty claim.
12. No person, dealer or company is authorized to charge, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.
13. Please understand that it may take a longer time to repair the product when the required part(s) is/are subject to availability of part(s) and import restriction.
14. The warranty shall be limited to the expense of replacing the product with the same product / equivalent / repair of the product whichever is lower.
15. SPC shall provide replacement with a product with similar features, capacity and efficiency function if the part(s) is/are no longer available, obsolete or no longer in production for the repair within the general warranty period. 16. SPC shall reserve the right to modify or change the terms and conditions herein due to change(s) in availability of services, products and/or spare parts or for the purposes of complying with applicable policies, rules, regulations and law, with or without notice.
